This year, Lauren Alaina, Kassi Ashton, Cam, Deana Carter, Dallas Davidson, Morgan Evans, Ben Hayslip, Dustin Lynch, Ashley McBryde, Jon Pardi and Old Crow Medicine Show are all set to take the stage. Lindsay Ell, Lori McKenna, Jordan Davis and Storme Warren have been confirmed as presenters. The event will also be co-hosted by Pardi and Alaina.

Each year, the ACM Honors event is held to celebrate award winners and nominees that were not featured during the 53rd Academy of Country Music Awards. These special awards from the Academy of Country Music celebrate outstanding contributions and major career achievements.

This year, Dierks Bentley will be presented with the ACM Merle Haggard Spirit Award, which celebrates an artist who shows "uncompromising integrity" through their career. Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Matraca Berg will receive the ACM Poet's Award, while Sam Hunt will receive the ACM Gene Weed Milestone Award for his record-breaking hit "Body Like a Back Road." Alan Jackson earns the ACM Cliffie Stone Icon Award, which honors artists who have "advanced the popularity of the genre through their contributions in multiple facets of the industry." Darius Rucker will also receive the ACM Gary Haber Lifting Lives Award for being an artist "devoted to improving lives through the power of music."
