Chris Stapleton to Headline Pilgrimage Festival 2018

Country superstar Chris Stapleton is among the country acts set to perform at the the 2018 Pilgrimage Music and Cultural Festival.

This year, Stapleton will headline the two-day festival, set for Sept. 22 and 23, alongside Jack White and Lionel Richie. Other country acts set to perform at the Franklin, Tenn. event include Brandi Carlile, John Moreland, Caitlyn Smith, Tyminski, Aaron Lee Tasjan, Jillian Jacqueline, Joshua Hedley, Whitney Rose, Lilly Hiatt and Sarah Shook and the Disarmers.

Stapleton is a seasoned veteran of the festival. He previously played his own set in 2015 and surprised last year's audience by joining headliner Justin Timberlake for a few songs. Fans will have to wait and see if Stapleton has any of his own surprises in mind for his headlining set.

Hozier, Counting Crows, Bleachers, Lord Huron, Dawes, Elle King and Valerie June are among the other artists scheduled to take the stage. You can find a full list of performers here.

This year, two-day passes are priced at $185, and two-day "VIP Village" passes are $975. All children aged 10 and under are granted free entry when accompanied by a ticketed adult. You can snag your passes when they go on sale at 10 a.m. this Friday, March 30 via the festival's website.
