[dropcap]W[/dropcap]e're not sure if Chip and Joanna Gaines have magical powers, but considering some of their home renovations, it's entirely possible. The duo have taken their passion and talent for restoring and decorating homes and brought it to our screens. After taking a look back at their projects from the last three seasons, here are some of the best renovations on HGTV's Fixer Upper we've ever seen.

Spacious House With Small Town Charm
In season 3, episode 1, Chip and Joanna makeover a house in Hillsboro, Texas that was built in 1920. The home was spacious enough for the owner's growing family, but it needed a major facelift. The stylish transformation is one of the best from any season, and the kitchen is to die for.

Home on the River For a Blended Family
In season 2, episode 4, they took on "the house on the river" for a blended family of nine. The owner's wanted enough space to host all of their children and have it feel like a retreat. Joanna and Chip turned this dated home into a refreshed new space. The coolest part: They turned the garage into a bunk space for the kids.

The "Barndominium"
The barn home featured in season 3, episode 6 is one of the show's most unique projects. The barn, which sits in the hills outside of Waco, Texas, was transformed into a 2,700-square-foot house with an incredible dining area.

French Country Home in the Texas Suburbs
The budget for the French country home in season 1, episode 4 had a $650,000 renovation budget, so the changes were dramatic, extensive and amazing. The Waco, Texas home got a stunning exterior facelift and a huge kitchen makeover.

The Little House on the Prairie Craftsman
This home renovation is my personal favorite. In season 2, episode 1, Joanna and Chip work with local coffeeshop owners to give their home a complete remodel. This young couple wanted to preserve the character of the home but incorporate modern designs. From the steely blue paint job on the outside of the home, to the wooden oven hood in the kitchen, the renovation was just what the owners were looking for.

The Beast
One of their biggest projects ever, the home that Joanna and Chip took on in season 1, episode 5 was completely run-down and trashed when they started. But after a lot of work, they transformed the place into a stunning home with major curb appeal.
