Where to Find Cute (& Spooky) Fall Decorations on Etsy

As usual, Etsy's got us covered.

My home decor transitions with the seasons — and whether the weather is cooperating is irrelevant. Even if it's 80 degrees with blue skies and 65% humidity, the moment Oct. 1 hits, it's fall. No exceptions.

Switching out my faux tulips for marigolds and placing a few grinning pumpkins on my porch is how I mark the start of the season. It's a tradition that not only makes my home feel warm and cozy but also gives me an excuse to go shopping. (Which I do even though my fall and Halloween decor collections threaten to take down my closet doors every year.)

While you can find all your standard ghosts and skulls at your local big box store, there's something special about shopping small. Etsy is a great resource for one-of-a-kind decorations that support independent artists and make you the envy of all your nosy neighbors.

I spend a lot of time (probably too much) hunting for cool finds on Etsy. So, I'm sharing some of my favorite shops for all things spooky and seasonal. Whether you're looking for an autumn-inspired wreath, a set of ghostly candles or a kit that will turn any pumpkin into a charming fairy house, these shops have something special that fits every vibe.

For Spooky-Cute Prints

By far, the easiest way to bring some Halloween magic into your home is to switch out your current art. There are tons of Etsy shops that sell PDFs for cheap that you can print at home or send off to a shop such as CVS or Staples. Art is also easy to store, which is another win for limited storage space.

RaveInPrints has a huge selection of Halloween-inspired art that's more whimsical than scary, such as a ghost taking a bubble bath or a vintage photo of tricker-treaters. Nothing that'll spook you too much if you walk past it in the middle of the night.

If you're into typography, check out KIKIANDNIM. Its Halloween collection is modern, adorable and witty. It even offers bundles of multiple prints if you want to give your entire gallery wall a holiday makeover. While a little pricier, ProperLetter has equally cute fall signage that's perfect for a mantel display.

For All Things Pumpkin

Fall and pumpkins go hand-in-hand. So feeling the urge to stick one in every single corner of your home is only natural. If you're looking for something a little more creative than just your classic orange gourd, YourHeartsContent's velvet pumpkins are soft and elegant, and they come in tons of colors, patterns and sizes, all of which you can personalize.

RootToVine is another great virtual stop for eclectic pumpkins. They craft theirs out of books, and also offer designs with spiders, cats and even fall stems. And if you prefer to do the crafting yourself, turn any pumpkin into a work of art with supplies from MyFairytaleDoors. It offers kits that contain all the materials you need to make a cute little fairy house on whatever you bring home from the patch this year.

For Adorable Front Door Decor

Your front porch is the perfect place to display a little fall-themed spirit — and WATERSTYLESA78's wooden door hangers are oozing with spirit. Whether you're welcoming witches or adding your family's name to one of its customizable designs, you can't go wrong with these hangers. But if fall wreaths are more your thing, these sunset-hued floral creations from RusticbyRichards are the perfect way to add a pop of color to your home.

Your doormat is also an opportunity to show off your fall attitude. Justgottalook has a huge selection of seasonal mats. From a classic "hey boo" to the hilariously accurate "probably watching horror movies," it has something for every spooky guy and gal.

For Vintage Finds

If you're all about that classic, vintage feel this season, blueraspberrycharms needs to be on your radar. It has tons of retro signs, banners and even candles to give your home an old-school haunted house vibe. JohnsonsCreative is another great shop for nostalgic pieces that won't break the bank.

While it's not technically a vintage shop, OskeeRustic definitely gives off that feel. All of its wooden rustic signs are awesome, but I'm personally a big fan of its Halloween poems. They're a unique way to add a little bit of literary charm to your decor that you won't find anywhere else.

For Good Smells

You can't go wrong with candles, and Yours Truly Crafts has some of the best-smelling melts around. We're talking apple cider donut, pumpkin cookies and Starbucks caramel macchiato. While we're all about good fall scents, their Spooky Edition has some super-cute labeling that will make you second-guess if you really want to burn it.

Speaking of candles you don't want to burn, KaylaandCo has the most adorable pink ghost candle collection I've ever seen. Most of her work is on the creepy side (I could do without the whole bleeding brain candle), but she also has some pumpkins and witchy taper candles that would perfectly complement a mantle display.

Whether you're into spooky-cute, vintage glamour or just a good-smelling house, Etsy is the place to find one-of-a-kind decorations this fall. So grab a pumpkin latte and start scrolling. You'll be surprised at how easy it is to give your home the perfect seasonal touch.
