Created by blogger Through the Eyes of My Belly, these crispy bacon cups only take a few minutes of prep to put together. All you need is toothpicks, tinfoil, empty paper towel rolls, and twine. Oh, and bacon.

To start, cut the empty cardboard paper towel rolls into three-inch sections and wrap completely with the tinfoil. Using thick-cut bacon, (regular bacon tends to overcook and crumble), wrap the foil, including a piece on the bottom, making sure there are no big cracks. You don't want to lose your drink before you get to shoot it down your gullet!

Once the bacon is wrapped, tie it together with a piece of butcher twine.

Now it's time to bake! Place the bacon molds upside down on a wire rack and bake at 375 F for about 20-30 minutes. The bacon should be slightly crispy. You don't want it completely crispy otherwise it'll crack when you release it from the tinfoil.

Let the cups cool for 10 minutes then remove the bacon from the mold by lightly squeezing around the mold and releasing the bacon.

Next up is the chocolate! Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave and using a brush or spoon, coat the entire inside of the cup with a thin layer of chocolate. Place the cups in the fridge for at least an hour for the melted chocolate to harden.

Fill the bacon glasses with liquor and toast to your creation!
