Ingredients
  

  • 2 heads broccoli, cut into florets and steamed
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz Velveeta

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan over medium-heat, add the milk, butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and chili powder. Heat until steaming. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and the velveeta. Continue stirring until the cheese is fully melted. Pour over the broccoli and serve.

Notes

You can substitute cheese like pepper jack and white cheddar in place of the sharp cheddar.
Serve this sauce right away for the best texture and taste.
