Blueberry Pie Smoothie
Who says you can't have a slice of pie in the morning? Blend up our Blueberry Pie Smoothie for a taste you won't forget.
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- cinnamon
- nutmeg
Instructions
- In a blender combine the banana, frozen blueberries, rolled oats, vanilla yogurt, maple syrup, lemon zest, almond milk, cinnamon and nutmeg. Blend until smooth and serve.
Notes
You'll be surprised how much this tastes like a piece of pie.
You can use fresh blueberries in this recipe and add ice as necessary.
