If you're a fan of wild potato chip flavors, you're definitely going to want the new Lay's chips. The company is offering eight new limited-edition chip flavors that celebrate different local foods, like pimento cheese and deep dish pizza.

The eight new Lay's chips flavors and the regions they represent are: Pimento Cheese (Southeast), Fried Pickles with Ranch (Midwest), Deep Dish Pizza (Heartland & Mid-America), Chile Con Queso (Texoma, Mountain, SoCal), Cajun Spice (Central Gulf), Thai Sweet Chili (Pacific Northwest), New England Lobster Roll (Northeast), and Chesapeake Bay Crab Spice (Mid-Atlantic).
"Lay's knows how significant local cuisine is to Americans," said Sarah Guzman, senior director of marketing, Lay's. "From Fried Pickles with Ranch in the Midwest to Deep Dish Pizza in the Heartland or Cajun Spice in the Central Gulf, we wanted to honor the beloved flavors that remind our fans of home by making 'Tastes of America' our biggest flavor launch yet. We couldn't think of a better time of year to bring these flavors to our fans because between barbeques, food festivals and outdoor fun, summertime truly is the most flavorful time of year."
In addition to the new flavors, is bringing back past regional favorites, including Lay's Wavy West Coast Truffle Fries (West), Lay's Ketchup (Northeast), and Lay's Wavy Fried Green Tomato (Southeast).
Lay's is also hosting a summer Taste of America tour with events at eight hometown food festivals across the United States. Hannah Hart, star of the popular Food Network series "I Hart Food" will make special appearances throughout the tour.
The Taste of America tour will stop at Bite of Seattle (July 20-22); Maine Lobster Festival in Rockland, Maine (Aug. 1-5); Navy Pier in Chicago (Aug. 11); Louisiana Shrimp & Petroleum Festival in Morgan City, Louisiana (Aug. 31-Sept. 2); Houston Food Fest (Aug. 18); Chesapeake Crab & Beer Festival in National Harbor, Maryland (Aug. 18); Missouri State Fair in Sedalia, Missouri (Aug. 16-18); Shrimp & Grits Festival at Jeckyll Island, Georgia (Sept. 14-16).
The regional flavored potato chips won't be around long though. You can find them in stores or online starting July 30, but they go away on September 23 so treat your taste buds while you can.
