The famed KFC Crocs are back! On Tuesday evening the company launched the shoes and within 30 minutes they were completely sold out. Many took to social media to complain that bots grabbed the shoes for resellers.
Got in early. Waited. Never got past 30 percent. This was so badly managed. It's all bots and scalpers selling them now for 200+

New KFC Crocs are Here
New York Fashion Week is shaking. KFC x Crocs partnered to create two versions of the limited-edition Crocs. One, a Kentucky Fried Chicken X Crocs Bucket Clog, is a sky-high, platform avant-garde version that Global artist, Me Love Me a Lot (MLMA) debuted while attending shows during New York's biggest week in fashion on February 11. The other is a Kentucky Fried Chicken X Crocs Classic Clog perfect for wearing around the house or while running errands.
"Combining the unmistakable look of our world-famous fried chicken and signature KFC bucket, with the unparalleled comfort and style of Crocs, these shoes are what fried chicken footwear dreams are made of," said Andrea Zahumensky, KFC U.S. CMO in a press release.
The shoes feature a realistic Kentucky Fried Chicken pattern and a nod to the iconic red-striped bucket. And what's a chicken bucket without some fried chicken? The clog also comes with two removable, chicken-scented Jibbitz™ charms that look like a fried chicken drumstick.
Available in unisex sizes, the fast-food inspired Crocs will retail for $59.99 and fans can sign up at Crocs.com to be the first to receive a reminder when the limited-edition fried chicken footwear is available for sale this spring.
When working in the kitchen Crocs are my go-to. They are comfortable, slip-resistant, and can be easily washed with the kitchen hose. Will I trade in my classic black clogs for this version? You betcha.
