I cook a lot. 6 out of 7 nights a week I am making dinner at home and during the weekends I usually make a fun breakfast to enjoy while my boyfriend and I lounge around the house catching up on our latest tv episodes. Because I cook a lot, I tend to go through cheap nonstick cookware pretty fast. So when Caraway Ceramic Cookware reached out and sent me a set of their ceramic cookware to review, I already had recipes in mind I wanted to try out. Let me tell you, these pots and pans are the best I've ever cooked with. Hands down.

What is Caraway Cookware?
On a mission to craft well-designed, non-toxic ceramic cookware, Caraway home products are created with a non-toxic mineral-based coating and ceramic. Unlike Teflon, which can release chemicals if heated too high, this ceramic cookware set is completely free of harmful chemicals, making it safe to cook your food and keep it non-stick.
How Non-Stick is Ceramic Coating?
Very. The first time I fried an egg in the frying pan I added a small spray of Pam vegetable oil spray. Normally on my other fry pans, you need to add a glug of vegetable oil (and even then it still sticks periodically). On a Caraway pan, however, the egg was completely free of the pan and glided around with ease. It was the first time in years I was able to flip an egg without trying to pry it loose with a spatula first.
The cookware set includes a 10.5 in. frying pan, a 3-quart saucepan, a 4.5-quart sauté pan and a 6.5-quart dutch oven. The set also includes a canvas lid holder as well as magnetic pan racks to keep your new cookware pieces organized.
Caring For Your Caraway Cookware
Like with all nonstick pans, ditch the stainless steel utensils and stick to wooden, silicone, or plastic to keep the non-stick coating damage-free. When it comes to cooking, these pans retain heat better than other cookware brands. Because of this, you only need to heat your pans on low or medium to get the full effects. Overheating can reduce the life of non-stick coatings and permanently change the color of your pans.
As for cleaning, a gentle scrub with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge will do the trick. Make sure to cool your pans completely before running cold water over the surface to avoid thermal shock.
Easy to clean, oven-safe, and completely non-stick. Need I say anything more about these incredible pans?
