La Croix Pamplemousse Is the Flavor To Try if You’re New to Sparkling Water

I consider myself a newbie to sparkling water. Literally I just started drinking it last year. I have to admit that I'm not too fond of it. I barely drink enough water as it is, so drinking a sparkling version doesn't seem fun to me. But if it were a La Croix sparkling water, I wouldn't pass on it. And if it were a La Croix Pamplemousse, well give me all you've got.

La Croix sparking water is something special. The fizz is less strong, and all the flavors taste like a smooth juice that's not filled with artificial flavorings. There's key lime, passionfruit, tangerine, grapefruit, kiwi watermelon, and so many other La Croix flavors. They are all non-gmo, naturally essenced, and gluten-free, with 0 calories and 0 sweeteners. La Croix uses natural flavors in their sugar-free drink, meaning that it doesn't have the artificial taste of other sparkling water brands.

At 12 fl oz in each can, this carbonated water has changed my whole outlook on sparkling water. I'll even happily exchange a seltzer for it. After tasting enough to where it was basically a taste test initiation into in sparkling land, I've found that the La Croix Pamplemousse is my absolute favorite.

Pamplemousse is the French word for grapefruit. Considered a pantry staple, this is also my staple. I usually gravitate towards grapefruit flavor beverages, whether it's grapefruit juice or grapefruit sparkling water. Give me lime sparkling water and I will literally turn away.

The pamplemousse has no sugar, no sodium, and has 0 total fat, meaning it works for Whole 30! Customer reviews prove that others feel the same way about these naturally essenced 12 oz cans.

If you're hoping to give it a try, you can check your local grocery store or Amazon. They even sell many of the other Lacroix flavors. The tangerine sparkling water and peach-pear are some of my other favorites. Disclaimer: Only get cherry lime or blackberry cucumber if you really like those flavors in food form. That's just my personal opinion!

If you're watching your carbs but need a soda fix, I definitely recommend La Croix Pamplemousse. You'll never want a coke again. Maybe.
