UPDATE: 'America's Morning Show' Co-Hosts, Producer Involved in Auto Accident

The team behind America's Morning Show, a nationally syndicated country music radio program, were involved in a serious car accident on Monday (Feb. 27).

Co-hosts Chuck Wicks, Ty Bentli, Kelly Ford and their producer Glenn Johnson were traveling to a Mardi Gras celebration in New Orleans when they got caught in a bad storm. Their car hydroplaned, rolled twice and landed in water ditch.

All four were transported to a hospital in Hattiesburg, Miss. for treatment. Bentli, Ford and Johnson were released on Tuesday morning (2/28). Wicks remained for hospitalization overnight.

In a Facebook post on Wednesday (March 1), Wicks gave an update on his condition. He is recovering from a fractured skull and cervical vertebrae fracture.

"What does this mean? It means I'm lucky I'm alive and not paralyzed," Wicks wrote. "Good news. I'm not." Wicks added that he will be wearing a neck brace for three months.

Wicks said he exepcts to be released from the hospital some time later today.
