The Oklahoma native took to Twitter to tell her fans about the damage her home sustained in the storms. High winds, which may have been associated with a tornado, ripped the chimney off her house and threw it into their driveway. Of course, bad weather is a pretty regular occurrence back where she comes from. Her hometown of Muskogee, Okla. is in an area known as Tornado Alley, where twisters frequently form. Thankfully, the country singer was safe and sound as the line of storms passed through Wednesday morning (March 1). Hundreds of Middle Tennesseans were affected by the severe weather, which caused 100mph winds and multiple suspected tornadoes south of Nashville.
