"Life's About to Get Good" will hit country radio this June, marking the start of her highly-anticipated country music comeback. It will be the lead single off her first new album since Up! was released in 2002. That still-untitled project will drop sometime in September.
According to Twain, her new single is all about staying positive, even when life throws you some curveballs.
"I was at home looking out at the ocean and I said to myself, 'Here I am stuck in this past of negativity, but it's so beautiful out. I'm not in the mood to write a 'feeling-sorry-for-myself' song," Twain said in a statement. "You can't have the good without the bad. And that's what the song ended up being about."
Shania has endured a lot in recent years. From dealing with intense stage fright to complete a massive tour to dealing with a devastating divorce, Twain managed to deal with it all in stride.
