The collaboration took place during Springsteen's set at the annual Stand Up for Heroes concert, which benefits wounded U.S. veterans and their families. The two men took turns on the verses, delivering an even more countrified version of the rootsy Springsteen song. "Working on the Highway" was first recorded on Springsteen's 1984 album Born in the USA.
Church has long discussed his admiration for The Boss, who he famously celebrated in his 2011 smash "Springsteen."
