"Crash My Party was such a life-changing album for us. We didn't know it at the time; we were just loving making music for you guys," Bryan shared from stage. "It blew my mind the love and support we had from the fans. It's so fun getting to do this."
Per a press release, the ACM Album of the Decade Award "recognizes an album that has impacted country music over the decade. The factors to be considered are, but are not limited to, the success at radio of singles released from album, album concept, commercial media, sales and streaming, artistic merit and ACM Award recognition."

Crash My Party solidified Bryan's place among Nashville's biggest stars and remains one of producer Jeff Stevens' masterworks. The 2013 release sold more than 4 million copies and netted Bryan six straight No. 1 singles: the title track, "That's My Kind of Night," Drink a Beer," "Play It Again," "Roller Coaster" and "I See You."
The Album of the Decade Award is among the new, decade-specific prizes handed out this year. Other awards announced so far include the long-running ACM Dick Clark Artist of the Decade honor, won by Jason Aldean in April; the Artist-Songwriter of the Decade, awarded to Chris Stapleton; and Song of the Decade, awarded to Miranda Lambert, Allen Shamblin and Tom Douglas for "The House That Built Me."
Georgia-born superstar Bryan graced the Opry stage twice last night to play special acoustic sets during the 11th annual Opry Goes Pink event, which raises breast cancer awareness.
