Despite looking fit while over the age of 50, Tim McGraw shamelessly enjoys what he calls a "cheat day meal" from one of Texas' most beloved fast food chains, Whataburger.

"It's all about moderation and earning it #gritandgrace," McGraw wrote in an Instagram caption. The hashtag references McGraw's recent book about his healthy lifestyle, Grit & Grace: Train the Mind, Train the Body, Own Your Life.
McGraw didn't skim on his cheat meal, either. Notice that he ordered both French fries and onion rings and has a couple of ketchup cups for dipping. And that gigantic burger's not exactly one of those tiny "99 cent heart attacks" he sang about in "Where the Green Grass Grows."

During the rest of the week, McGraw eats enough better meals (calorie-wise) and lives that he's lost 40 pounds on his current diet.
"I've gone through a physical transformation in the last 10 years, but it's not just my appearance that has changed," McGraw told People, as quoted by Delish. "My mind is clearer, my sense of purpose is sharper, and my relationships are deeper. Consistent physical exercise helps me bring focus to my life and to the people who mean the most to me."
McGraw isn't the only country singer to recently share a photo of a hamburger meal taken on a jet. A Nov. 11 Tweet by Kelsea Ballerini shows the young country music star enjoying an In-N-Out burger while en route from the People's Choice Awards in Los Angeles to the CMA Awards in Nashville.
