Zipline Through a Kentucky Zombie Cave This Halloween

Move over haunted houses, pumpkin spice and pumpkin patches.  Riding an underground zip line through a dark cave full of zombies might just be the Halloween activity at the top of our list this year. Louisville Mega Cavern in Louisville, Kentucky is offering some seriously spooky fun as their Mega Zombie Zips runs during the month of October. Who wouldn't want their Halloween with a side of thrill this year? This is definitely the new adventure you've been looking for.

The beloved zipline attraction is held in a 100-acre limestone cavern with miles of underground passageways. You'll get some heart-racing and adrenaline-pumping action on their dual racing zip lines as you zip your way through the spookiest attraction you've ever experienced. 

Mega Zombie Zips

The Mega Zombie Zips features digital projectors with 3D projection mapping, which will make the underground caves look like there are zombies at every turn as you're zip-lining your way in search of the antidote for the "zombie virus." There are also two challenge bridges along the way that will definitely test your skills. Do you have what it takes to save the world from a zombie apocalypse?

"We are so excited to surprise and delight our guests with an update to our beloved Zipline attraction," Charles Park, Louisville Mega Cavern Executive Vice President, said in a press release. "Our team has thoroughly enjoyed designing and planning such a great experience to celebrate the month of October and we hope it's an attraction that we can bring back year after year."

Louisville Mega Cavern is no stranger to getting festive around the holidays. Historically in December, they host the Lights Under Louisville holiday attraction that features over three million points of light throughout the underground display.
