Is there anyone out there who doesn't love Mark Harmon? He's easily one of the most likable guys on TV let alone in Hollywood. He's managed to have a sweet family life with Pam Dawber away from the spotlight while simultaneously building the NCIS universe into a major TV empire. While Mark and Pam have two sons together, you'll most likely recognize their eldest, Sean Harmon. At this point, the actor is best known for playing a young Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs on his father's TV show NCIS. A natural casting choice since he looks just like his dad.

Despite growing up in Burbank, California, Sean Thomas Harmon seemed to take after his parents and prefers keeping his personal life private. Unlike his younger brother, Ty Christian Harmon, he decided to follow in his parents' footsteps and has been steadily working on his acting career. While we all know his dad, his mom Pam is best known for starring in the classic sitcom Mork and Mindy opposite Robin Williams but has since retired from acting. Outside of playing Young Gibbs in flashbacks throughout multiple NCIS seasons on CBS, Sean has appeared in an episode of NCIS: Los Angeles as Charlie Connor, CSI: NY, Major Crimes, and the upcoming TV movie Thicker.
Another piece of fun trivia -- he's a stunt coordinator! He's worked stunts on numerous projects including the short film he wrote and directed, Catholic Schoolgirl Chainsaw Showdown, as well as Dumb and Dumber To, The Sweet Taste of Redemption, The Labyrinth, and more.
Mark Harmon told Entertainment Tonight that he was incredibly proud of his real-life son stepping in to play his younger self on NCIS. He admitted "there's pride involved in" having Sean be part of the show's legacy.
"I always think back to the first time they talked about doing a young 'Gibbs' thing here, and Sean was just out of school at that point. A director named Tony Wharmby said, 'Can he come in and read?'" Harmon recalled. "On his own he did and I'm proud of him taking his work seriously and how he approaches being an actor," the longtime NCIS star added.
