Aaron Lewis joined forced with Ben Haggard to pay tribute to country legend Merle Haggard with an impressive cover of "Heaven Was A Drink of Wine."

During a recent performance in Oklahoma, Lewis surprised the crowd by bringing out the son of a country legend. Ben Haggard has been blazing his own trail in country music over the past few years. Before his father's passing, Ben performed as a guitarist in Merle's band The Strangers. Now, he's keeping his dad's legacy alive by sharing his music wherever he can.

"Heaven Was A Drink of Wine" was featured on Merle Haggard's 1979 album, Serving 190 Proof. It's safe to say he would be proud of his son's rendition, which earned plenty of applause from the crowd.
