Here's what you'll need:
- 1-pound ground chuck 80/20
- Can of your favorite beer
- Pack of pork belly bacon
- Roast beef slices
- Onions
- Bell peppers
- Pepper jack cheese
Start by forming the ground chuck into 1/2-pound meatballs. Take the beer can and mold it into the center of the meatball. Shape the beef around the can until you create a pocket. Then wrap a few pieces of bacon around the sides of the meat. Remove the can.
The next step is to add your favorite fixings to the pocket. These guys grilled up onion, peppers, mushrooms, chili, roast beef and more. After you stuff them, place the burgers on a charcoal grill at 300 degrees for one hour. Sip that beer while you wait. You'll see the end result in the video below.
