Lauren Alaina and Lainey Wilson released an ode to their "assets" with "Thicc as Thieves" and Alaina is getting all her country music friends involved in the accompanying line dance. Alaina and Wilson debuted the line dance that goes along with the song soon after the song's release, and in a new video, Alaina teaches the dance to Blake Shelton, which goes about as well as one would think.

In the new video, Alaina and Shelton attempt to do the dance on a tour bus. Alaina obviously has the moves down and she tries her best to teach the moves to Shelton. The 47-year-old singer does his best to follow along with Alaina's lead, and although he doesn't quite nail the set choreography, he certainly adds his own special flair, which causes Alaina to break out in laughter. By the end of the dance, Shelton begins to improvise, and he's having fun while doing it.
Alaina wasn't the only one who found Shelton's dance moves to be hilarious. Carly Pearce commented on the video, writing, "I truly almost peed my pants watching this." Wilson, Alaina's duet partner, also commented multiple laughing face emojis.
The fans got in on the fun in the comments as well, with one observing Shelton's "dad" dance moves. "It's the dad 'shimmy' for meeee," they wrote. Another social media user said Shelton was "channeling some Austin Powers" in the clip.
Before sharing the video of Shelton attempting the "Thicc as Thieves" dance, Alaina posted a video of herself also teaching the dance to Kane Brown. Brown also tried his best, but it's safe to say that neither of them will be joining Alaina onstage to do the dance anytime soon.
Alaina and Wilson released the song — which celebrates their curvy frames — on June 9. The fun tune features a few conversational moments between the two singers as well as a sample from Luke Bryan's "Country Girl (Shake It For Me)."
