Zach Bryan's new relationship with Brianna Chickenfry has been the subject of talk by fans of the country singer and the Barstool host for weeks, and now Chickenfry is speaking out about the public's reaction. In an interview with People at the Streamy Awards, Chickenfry (real name Brianna LaPaglia) says she's been simultaneously shaking off the hate and finding entertainment in it.

"It's fun. I'm like eating it up," she says of the reactions.
"It was kind of crazy at first, but now I realize you can't buy into love or hate on the internet," she adds. "You just kinda gotta be yourself and see where it takes ya."
The content creator also chatted about the way in which her relationship was revealed to the public. She says she had hoped to keep the news a secret for awhile, but "everyone on the internet is FBI agents," so she was forced to announce it. She explained the timing of the romance during a July 27 episode of her podcast, Plan Bri Uncut. At the time she stated that she and the singer had been seeing one another for three weeks, and they were keeping things "fun" and "casual."
Chickenfry and Bryan initially met at the ACM Awards in May, but the host shares that they only took a photo together on the night and didn't have a conversation. They saw one another again at a concert of Bryan's in New York City in June. Their coupling comes after their respective splits with past partners in recent months.
Bryan released a new, self-titled album on Friday, Aug. 25. Chickenfry says she's been listening to the project for a "little bit" and encourages fans to stream it.
"It's really good," she says of the project. "All the songs are Top 20 right now, so go stream it."
Bryan was previously dating longtime girlfriend Deb Peifer, and Chickenfry was in a relationship with her ex-boyfriend, Joey.
