Cake Mix Sugar Cookies
Made with only six ingredients, these Cake Mix Sugar Cookies are fun to make with the whole family. Plus I think Santa will enjoy them too.
Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 2/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ºF and spray cookies sheets with baking spray.
- In a large bowl with an electric mixer, stir together the cake mix and flour. Add in the oil, yogurt and eggs and beat until blended.
- Shape the dough into 1-inch balls and roll in sugar. Flatten with the back of a measuring cup. Bake until set, about 10 minutes. Cool and serve.
Notes
Serve with a large glass of milk.
If you like your cookies tall, do not flatten.
