Carrot fries not only look good, but taste good too. You can say they taste closed to sweet potato fries, so you're basically going to forget French fries even exist. Okay, that was a little far but you get the point.

When you're too busy to whip up an appetizer, baked carrot fries are the way to go.

How To Make Baked Carrot Fries:

All it takes is some peeled carrot sticks and salt. If you're feeling adventurous, you'll also need some spices. Paprika, cumin and garlic powder go well together.

First, you need to preheat your oven at 425 degrees, and while that's going, peel and cut the carrots. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray and spread out the carrots in a single layer. After which you can throw on some salt and spices.

Bake for 15 mins and you'll have some tender carrot fries. (Temperature and time may vary according to your oven.)

If you prefer to have crispy fries, bust out the air fryer.

To begin, you follow the same preparation steps but with the air fryer preheating at 400 degrees. Instead of spraying the basket with spray, you can get away with tossing the carrots in olive oil (avocado oil can be a substitute), and then sprinkle with salt and spices.

Cook at 12 mins, but remember to shake halfway through. That's all it takes.
