Chick-fil-A's Peach Milkshake is Back!

Introduced in 2006, Chick-fil-A's peach milkshake is a delicious blend of Chick-fil-A's signature vanilla Icedream and fresh peaches topped with whipped cream, perfect for those with a sweet tooth. The limited-time menu item only comes out once a year for a few summer months and is overwhelmingly popular. So why doesn't the fast food chain add the milkshake to their menu fulltime? The answer is seasonality!

"Our priority is serving the best menu item possible, and that means using the freshest ingredients we can find, when they are in season" says Bolling from Chick-fil-A's Menu and Packaging Team. The seasonal milkshake is only available when peaches are at their ripest, which we love Chick-fil-A for.

Along with the peachy seasonal favorite, Chick-fil-a serves four year-round milkshake flavors including chocolate, vanilla, cookies & cream, and strawberry. The brand also sells delicious frosted coffee and frosted lemonade, along with a brand favorite introduced last year: Mango Passion Tea Lemonade. According to a press release statement, the new beverage is a tropical blend of Chick-fil-A's classic Lemonade and freshly brewed Unsweetened Iced Tea, and mango syrup featuring natural mango and passionfruit flavors.

How to Make a Copycat Chick-fil-a Peach Milkshake

The copycat recipe is easy and delicious, a burst of peach-vanilla taste. In a blender combine vanilla ice cream (any brand but we love Blue Bell), cold whole milk, 1 large peach, peeled and sliced (frozen or canned work as well), and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour the shake into two large glasses and top with additional chopped peaches and whipped cream. Enjoy with a straw and a spoon and share this delicious recipe with all your friends.
