Chip and Joanna Gaines might not be leaving our television screens as quickly as we all thought. The couple just announced plans to return to HGTV for the upcoming special Chip and Joanna's Family Garden Project. According to TV Insider, the one-off event will air sometime around Valentine's Day.

As the title suggests, the television event follows Chip and Joanna Gaines as they build a garden around their family home. The couple live in a 100-year-old farmhouse that they previously renovated and now they are taking their focus outdoors.
Fans can see how the couple transformed their yard with a custom chicken coup, garden shed and plenty of space for fruits, veggies, herbs and flowers.
After this special, fans can expect to see very little in the way of new projects out of the Gaines family. Chip and Joanna are preparing to welcome their 5th child later this year.
