With all that they've accomplished through their Magnolia brand, it's clear that Chip and Joanna Gaines are a lot more than just the house-flipping stars behind Fixer Upper.

Now, the super-couple have already announced their next venture. In a partnership with Target, Chip and Jo are launching an exclusive brand called Hearth & Hand with Magnolia come Nov. 5.
"Just as we've never created an exclusive line of product for a retailer before, Target has never done anything like this before either," Chip wrote in a lengthy letter to their fans. Chip said that it's going to be "like a little shop inside of Target" and that "Jo keeps calling the look 'modern farmhouse,' whatever that means."
While it's a bit of a wait until Nov., Fixer Upper fans won't have to worry about the Gaines's new line going out of style anytime soon. According to Target, once Hearth & Hand with Magnolia is there, it's there to stay for the next several years.
The department store chain revealed several other details in its press release, too. As it turns out, Chip and Jo have already teamed up with Target to develop over 300 items exclusive to the Hearth & Hand brand.
The best part is the price tag. You'll be able to nab the majority of these items for under $30.
"We've always dreamed of working with a retailer to create a collection that could reach more people at a more affordable price point," says Joanna. "Coming together with Target not only allows us to design beautiful pieces for people all over the country, it also allows us to help communities in a bigger way than we could have ever imagined."
Chip mentions in his letter that with Hearth & Hand, they're aiming to work with a number of charities. To celebrate their Nov. 5 launch, they'll unveil a redesign of the community dining room at the Target House in Memphis, Tenn. The Target House provides a no-cost living option for long-term patients of the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
