Renovation expert and resident goofball Chip Gaines is getting his own storefront at the couple's popular Magnolia Market at the Silos in Waco, Texas. His retail collection was previously reserved to only a corner of the market's original store. Now, he'll have an entire shop dedicated to only his merchandise.

One of the market's trademark silos will be dedicated to "Chip's Corner" merchandise, including work shirts, hats and small tools. Right now, both silos are being prepared for renovation, but it's unclear what will go in the non Chip-themed silo.

"It's still in progress and there are some great ideas from both Chip and Joanna," Brock Murphy, spokesman for Magnolia, told The Dallas Morning News.

Murphy says the silo renovation project will start sometime in the first fiscal quarter of 2017, "but we aren't sure of a completion date." Due to their large size, it's possible that the 3,800 sq. ft. silos will be converted into a space with multiple levels.

In addition to Chip's forthcoming store, the Magnolia Market property currently houses a bakery and a garden store. The Gaines are also busy renovating Waco's historic Elite Café and plan to re-open it later this year.

The Silos opened in 2015 and are a major Texas tourist destination. Magnolia Market attracts an average of 20,000 visitors a week from across the country, according to WacoTrib.

On top of their business ventures on the Silo property, the couple still finds time to renovate homes in Waco. Chip and Joanna are currently filming the fifth season of HGTV's Fixer Upper.
