We've all been anxiously awaiting new music from Chris Stapleton. At this year's Academy of Country Music Awards, he rewarded fans with a performance of "Second One To Know," a brand new track from his upcoming record.

With his debut solo record, many crowned Stapleton as the new savior of country music. But his return to the ACM stage proved he has plenty of rock and roll in his soul. Backed on tambourine by his equally talented wife Morgane, he gave his fellow performers on how to do it right. Plus, he even got to show off his killer shredding skills on the guitar. What more could you ask for?
Stapleton will release his currently untitled sophomore solo record on May 5, two years to the day he released the now best-selling record Traveller. He'll also head out on the extensive All-American Road Show Tour later this year, featuring support from Brothers Osborne, Lucie Silvas, Brent Cobb, Anderson East and Margo Price on select dates.
