This Creepy Clown Motel in Nevada Is up for Sale

If you're itching to own one of the strangest motels in America, now is your chance. The aptly-named Clown Motel in Tonopah, Nev. is on the market for $900,000. That chunk of change will get you what has been nicknamed the "scariest hotel in the U.S.," which also conveniently sits next to the town's first cemetery.

Current owner Bob Perchetti told Las Vegas Now! that he wants to sell the property to spend more time with his family. But whoever snaps up the motel must keep all of the clown decor intact. And there's plenty of it.

Perchetti says most of the clowns inside were brought from his personal collection when he took over the hotel around 20 years ago.

There are clowns on the walls, on the shelves, and some even hang from the ceiling. Also, Perchetti requires the owner to let him visit his old clown friends when he pleases. If you're wondering, there's about 500 clown figurines inside the hotel.

So, if you have an affinity for clowns and don't mind dealing with a lot of curious tourists, this might be the business for you. Just make sure to lock your doors at night.
