The Nashville Predators tapped another major country star to sing the National Anthem before Game 4 of the Stanley Cup finals. This time around, Dierks Bentley took the ice and did his best to tackle the vocally-strenuous tune.

It's become a tradition to critique those who bravely take on the song in real time online, and last night was no exception. His rendition drew mixed reactions from viewers, but hey, it's no easy task.

Although Dierks is beloved for his raspy and low voice, the National Anthem has a lot of weird key changes and runs. So although he put his all into the rendition, it didn't quite click as well at it should have. Still, you've got to give him props for even attempting one of the hardest songs to perform in existence.

The Nashville Predators went on to beat the Pittsburgh Penguins with a score of 4-1. The teams are currently tied at 2-2. They'll face off once again on Thursday night (June 8) for Game 5 in Pittsburgh.
