Hear Dolly Parton and Miranda Lambert Collaborate on 'Dumb Blonde'

Dolly Parton and Miranda Lambert teamed up for a classic Parton kiss off for the recently released Dumplin' soundtrack. The two singers duet on "Dumb Blonde," Parton's 1967 song that's a warning to never underestimate a woman -- especially based on her hair color.

"You know if there's one thing this blonde has learned, blondes have more fun," Parton and Lambert sing in the tongue-in-cheek tune.

The song was written by Curly Putnam and included on Parton's debut album Hello, I'm Dolly.

The duet is part of several reimagined Parton hits for the Dumplin' soundtrack, which was released on Nov. 30. Dumplin'which premieres Dec. 7 on Netflix, follows Willowdean Dixon (Danielle Macdonald), a plus-size teenager who enters her small Texas town's beauty pageant. Her mother, a former beauty queen, is played by Jennifer Aniston.

In addition to the reimagined Parton songs, which find the country legend collaborating with Elle King, Mavis Staples, Alison Krauss and more, the soundtrack includes six original tunes Parton wrote for the film with Linda Perry.

The country legend recently released the hopeful "Girl in the Movies" and a haunting, string-laden version of "Jolene."
