According to the Associated Press, the country star has cancelled 25,000 tickets that scalpers purchased to his spring Holdin' My Own TourThe tickets are going back on sale so that more fans have the option to see him at a reasonable price.

This Tuesday (Feb. 21), fans can purchase the re-released ticket beginning at 12 p.m. local time for each of the remaining tour stops. The tickets for dates in Canada were already released, while the Washington and Oregon dates go on sale on Feb. 27.

Last December, Church also released thousands of tickets back to fans by these same methods.

"We're getting better at identifying who the scalpers are," he told the AP. "Every artist can do this, but some of them don't. Some of them don't feel the way I feel or are as passionate."

Concert scalpers and bots are making it increasingly more difficult for actual fans to attend shows. They have ways of buying tickets up in minutes, sometimes even seconds. Then, the tickets are resold on third-party sites at ridiculous markups.

"They buy thousands of tickets across the U.S., not just mine, and they end up making a fortune," Church explained. "They use fake credit cards, fake IDs. All of this is fraud."

A new law is also fighting the good fight against scalpers. The law prevents concert bots from snatching up all the tickets before the general public even gets ahold of them.

Hopefully Church (and the new law) will continue to take down these fraudulent scalpers.
