This "Fixer Upper" just hit the market, and it's gorgeous. Compared to most of the HGTV hit show's other remodels, the home has a surprisingly modern feel. Outside of the couple's typical design scope, the ranch house is a breath of fresh air from Chip and Joanna Gaines.

The price is listed at $565,000, which seems fair given the land and upgrades. The home was originally in episode six, "Traditional Goes Ultra Modern." Just take a look at this entrance: sliding barn doors, but industrial style. With the huge glass panes, the entrance feels spacious regardless of whether or not the doors are open.
Continue into the main living area, and the view only gets better. The room is huge and features a ton of natural light along with high, wood-beamed ceilings. Against the graphite gray walls, the fireplace takes center stage, especially with the stacked wood.
The opening (used to showcase firewood) opens opposite into the kitchen area.
All that, and it overlooks an incredible yard. There's a patio, with plenty of seating, sitting under a large tree.

If that's not enough guys, there's even a little red barn on the property.
See, totally worth the price tag!
