What is Gordon Ramsay Uncharted

In Gordon Ramsay Uncharted, his adventurous streak is on full display as masterchef Gordon Ramsay travels to remote corners of the earth to discover the food and culinary practices of other cultures. Similar to Anthony Bourdain's show Parts Unknown, this tv show is an entertaining but educational look into the lives and experiences of other cultures through the lens of food. Gordon Ramsay Uncharted is a National Geographic series that can be viewed on Netflix, Hulu + Live, and Disney Plus, as well as the National Geographic channel.

This nat geo travel cooking show takes Ramsay to many exotic locations across the globe. In the first season, Gordon Ramsay journeys to Peru, New Zealand, Morocco, Hawaii, Laos, and Alaska. In each location, he learns from local chefs how to create their native dishes. In the Alaskan Panhandle, Ramsay learns how to cook seal, along with braving the Alaskan wilderness as he braves snowstorms and climbs a rock face. In Hawaii's Hana coast, he goes spearfishing and hunts deer with a bow, displaying his new knowledge with a feast.

In the second season, Ramsay heads to Tasmania, South Africa, Louisiana, Sumatra, Guyana, India and Norway. In his epic adventure in South Africa, the famous chef learns from the indigenous Zulu warriors, while his time in Louisiana shows him a thing or two about crayfish. In the wild jungles of Guyana, he pan-sears the tail of a caiman, which is similar to the alligator.

Season Three Is Coming!

Fortunately for all the Gordon Ramsay fans out there, season three of Gordon Ramsay uncharted will premiere on May 31st, 2021! This season will take him to Portugal, Croatia, Mexico, Texas, Maine, Puerto Rico, Iceland and the Smoky Mountains.
