When you're tight on time and need of a tasty meal, Hamburger Wraps make a delicious lunch or dinner recipe and require very little prep time. And there's no need to rush to the grocery store for a pack of hamburger buns. Forget those at the store! We like to change things up by using flour tortillas or pita wraps. You could even make a low carb version by swapping out the tortillas and pita wraps for lettuce wraps. After you make these Hamburger Wraps once, there's no doubt the whole family will keep asking for them.

Start by seasoning 1 lb ground beef with salt and pepper and shaping into 6 long patties. We like to shape them on the longer side rather than round, so they'll fit nicely in your choice of wrap. If you want to add even more flavor to the ground beef, mix in some garlic powder and a few tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce to the beef mixture. If you want to change things up, try swapping out ground beef for ground turkey for a healthier twist. You could even use lean ground beef if you really want to stick with beef.
Brown ground beef patties over medium-high heat on an outdoor or indoor grill or large skillet until a nice, crispy crust forms and you reach the desired internal temperature. Add a slice of cheddar cheese or any cheese of your choice and get ready to devour!
Assemble the cheeseburger wraps in tortillas, pitas, or lettuce, roll them up and serve with desired fixings. Some of our favorites are, of course, ketchup, yellow mustard, pickles, avocado, and sliced tomato.
So, what should you serve with these grilled Cheeseburger Wraps? Well, a light side dish or salad works perfectly. If you need some inspiration, start here.
