'Nashville' Star Hayden Panettiere's Home is Up for Sale

After the reported split from boxer Wladimir Klitschko and the finale of her hit TV show, it's time for Nashville star Hayden Panettiere to move on to the next exciting chapter of her life. The young actress has put her beautiful Nashville home up for sale, and now, we get to peek inside the listing through Trulia.

This 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom home sits on .56 acres in the coveted Green Hills neighborhood at 2013 Castleman Dr. It's currently priced at $1.65 million.

Throughout the 4,937 square-foot home, one can see Panettiere's style shining through with a mixture of warmth and sophistication that makes for a welcoming environment for her family. Her friend, interior designer Benjamin Vandiver, is to thank for helping bring her personality to the house.

Built in 2012, the house has plenty of modern additions like a full security system, Lutron lighting and a "Smart Home" setup controlled via an iPad.

Last year, Panettiere welcomed People into her home for a tour. She pointed out that her favorite part of the house was her fish tank. "I never thought I would get this much joy from fish," she stated. Of course, it appears that the fish tank was relocated before the new photos of the home were taken, but Panettiere's love for water can be seen in the dining room with a water-inspired wall and a light fixture she says reminds her of a sea urchin.

Panettiere's daughter, Kaya, will know this area of the house as her very first room. While talking with People, Panettiere showed that she could fit in the crib right alongside her baby girl.
