Summer calls for three things: sunshine, relaxation, and boozy popsicles. While we can't guarantee the first two (summer showers are a thing and if you've ever been on a summer family vacation you know relaxation isn't one of the first things that come to mind), we can provide you with the best Jack Daniel's honey whiskey lemonade popsicles you've ever tasted.

First things first: prepare the yummy popsicle mixture by combining Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey Whiskey with fresh lemonade. You can go all out and make the lemonade by hand but make sure to wash your hands before going out into the sun. Citrus, like lemon juice, can cause terrible chemical burns when exposed to prolonged sun exposure.
Personally, we stuck to a premixed lemonade to make the prep time minimal. You can either buy a pitcher in the store (we got Publix brand) or you can even grab a frozen concentrate and mix that up in a pitcher before adding in the booze. Heck, even powdered lemonade mix (which you can find near the powdered iced tea) would work!
Once combined, pour the boozy mixture into popsicle molds and freeze until solid, about 6 hours or overnight. We love using molds like these, that already have a holder and are reusable.
In the meantime, you can make yourself a Lynchburg lemonade (a delish summer cocktail recipe) while you wait. Simply mix together Jack Daniel's, triple sec, sour mix, and lemon-lime soda in a glass filled with ice cubes. Any summer drink works if this Kentucky favorite isn't quenching your thirst. A margarita, sangria, prosecco, you name it!
Once a significant amount of time has passed, remove your Jack Daniel's lemonade popsicles from the mold by placing the outside under warm running water. With a little tug, the popsicles should release quite easily. Eat them as is, or place them in a mason jar filled with sweet tea for a refreshing take on the classic Arnold Palmer. And what's more American than that?
