Baylee Alford has been fighting quite the fight in 2017, but with the help of country stars like Jason Aldean, she's doing it with a smile. The 4-year-old was attending Aldean's July 13 show in Charlotte, N.C. when he invited her up on stage.

Baylee's mom Amber recorded the unforgettable moment. Audience members reach out to give high-fives and Baylee happily indulges. The ACM Entertainer of the Year shares the spotlight with the young girl. He kneels down beside her while she sings and dances to his song "Dirt Road Anthem." Country stars first started taking notice of Baylee back in 2016 when she miraculously survived a terrible lawn mower accident. As of result of the accident she ended up losing her right arm from the elbow down. Following her surgeries, Baylee's parents played her favorite song "May We All," by country duo Florida Georgia Line.
As Baylee was coming to she even joined in on a few of the lyrics. Brian and Tyler saw the video and recorded a special message. The duo sent prayers, good vibes and good energy for a speedy recovery.

"I almost lost [my] contacts from tearing up when Jason Aldean pulled Baylee up on stage with him last night," Haylee's mother shared. "We were getting stopped all the way to the car with people wanting to take pictures or high-five and tell her how good she did. She makes everyone happy around her, and that makes my heart smile."
