Buffet has partnered with Minto Communities in Daytona, Fla. to create the 55 and over retirement community, aptly titled "Latitude Margaritaville."
The property is still in the planning phase, but it will feature a private beach-front club, resort-style pools, a fitness center with an aerobics studio and an outdoor arena for live entertainment. The models for sale include two and three bedroom options and range from the mid 200,000's to the high 300's.

Activities in the community include holiday parties, arts and crafts classes and golf outings among others. The project will cost around $1 billion and include 7,000 new homes. The model homes should be open for viewing in early 2018.
"It's going to be a very fun place," Senior VP of Minto Bill Bullock, told ABC News. "We expect our first residents to be living in the community by late summer of 2018."
