Few country music couples steal the red carpet quite like Kane Brown and his spouse Katelyn. They kept that trend going at Sunday's (April 2) CMT Music Awards with their own takes on formal evening wear.

One of the evening's hosts alongside Kelsea Ballerini, Kane caught eyes with a black-and-white, six-button suit jacket. The bottom half is black, making it blend right in with his dress slacks and shoes. The white part makes Kane's monochrome dress shirt, his gold chains and his chest tattoos stand out. In all, the "Homesick" singer once again made --and pulled off-- the most daring fashion choices of any masculine-presenting artist arriving for the CBS broadcast, which aired from Austin.
Katelyn went with a more classic aesthetic, but she looked no less fabulous. She accentuated a strapless, white gown with near arm-length gloves, shimmering tights and the most luxurious piece of the outfit: pink, pointed-toe high heels that, in the immortal words of Ric Flair, cost more than your house (probably). Her hair and makeup were on point, as well, making her stand out at an event with no shortage of show-stealing looks.
The lovebirds share two nominations for their duet "Thank God": Collaborative Video of the Year and the evening's top prize, Video of the Year. They're the first two nominations in the career of Katelyn. Kane's also in the running for Male Video of the Year.
Blake Shelton's "No Body," Carrie Underwood's "Hate My Heart," Cody Johnson's "Human," Hardy and Lainey Wilson's "Wait in the Truck" and Morgan Wallen's "You Proof" round out the list of Video of the Year nominees.
A victory for Underwood would add to her record tally of 25 CMA Music Award trophies. In addition, it would be her fifth consecutive Video of the Year honor and her 10th overall.
