Kane Brown and his wife Katelyn took very different approaches on social media to celebrating their fifth wedding anniversary, which fell Thursday (Oct. 12).

Kane offered a glimpse at the couple's life away from the stages on which they sing their hit duet "Thank God." He posted a video clip of the pair waging water war on each other.
"Happy anniversary baby," he wrote in the caption. "To many many more, I love u so much!! Wouldn't wanna be on this journey with anyone else."
Katelyn went the sentimental route, resharing photos and videos from their Oct. 12, 2018 wedding. Her caption reads: "forever and always you are my only one."
The couple met in 2015 at one of Kane's concerts.
"She came to one of my shows, and the first time I saw her, it was the shy giddiness," he told Taste of Country. "I didn't know what was going to happen. She lived in Orlando [and I] was in Miami. I messaged her on Instagram the next night and said, 'Hey, when are we going to hang out?' and flew her down, and she hasn't left since."
At the time, Katelyn had her own sights set on superstardom.
"We met when I was living in Orlando, Fla., and I was working on my music career," she told CMT. "Kane was just starting out with his music career, and we met through a producer who we were both working with at the time. He was doing a show and I was in the studio in Miami working, and the producer was like, 'Hey, I'm working with this other artist and you should come up here.'"
A No. 1 single off Kane's 2022 album "Different Man," "Thank God" reached No. 1 on the "Billboard" Country Airplay chart and its music video won the CMT Music Award for Video of the Year.
