Keith Urban went (sort of) incognito in a long wig to busk on a downtown Nashville street corner this week.

On Wednesday (Feb. 1), the Aussie donned a mullet wig to play on a street corner along Music City's historic Lower Broadway. He strummed his acoustic guitar and sang his hit "Wasted Time" in front of his open guitar case, in true street performer style.
It didn't take long for people to take notice of the talented blonde playing for money, even if they didn't realize who it was. He drew a small crowd and even made a little money. But Urban wasn't doing this for a few dollar bills. Instead, he was filming a clip for Nashville's upcoming Country Radio Seminar.
The clip will be shown during CRS' New Faces Show, which celebrates the up-and-coming talent in country.
"We're just doing something a little crazy on the streets today in Nashville, doing a little busking," Urban told the Tennessean. "We made $8. It's pretty good."
Although we're not sure what the video will be used for, there are reports that Blake Shelton and Brad Paisley will be doing something similar. Country fans in town may set up shop on Broadway for the weekend for other surprise buskers.
Country Radio Seminar will be held Feb. 22-24 at Nashville's Omni Hotel. The convention features unique music industry panels, workshops and intimate shows. This year's New Faces Show will feature performances from William Michael Morgan, Maren Morris, Jon Pardi, Granger Smith and Drake White.
