Keith Urban's new music video for "Never Comin' Down" takes viewers inside a magical nightclub bathed in gold where an inclusive dancefloor looks like a utopia of freeform and line dancing where everyone fits in perfectly.
"Never Comin' Down" serves as the fourth single from Urban's 10th studio album Graffiti U, following "Female," "Parallel Line," and "Coming Home" (featuring Julia Michaels). Released in April 2018, Graffiti U made it to No. 2 on Billboard's 200, and No. 1 on Billboard's US Top Country Albums, Billboard's Canadian Albums and ARIA's Australian Country Albums. The album received mixed reviews from critics due to lyrical content and changes to Urban's sound, but many fans are following wherever the country star wants to experiment sonically.
The new video for "Never Comin' Down" shows the joyful environment Urban strives to create in his live shows. Urban told People that he wanted the video to reflect "the energy and spirit of being at a show — lost in the music, along with everyone else that's there, whether you know them or not." The video's director, Carter Smith, added, "In casting, we took the people that were happiest to be themselves — whatever that was. We brought in voguers, break dancers, hip-hop dancers - line dancers - everybody's dancing together for this one song, on this one night."

Urban has even been opening with "Never Comin' Down" at concerts to plug in the crowd to the euphoric vibe of the funky, beat-boxing track that still manages to pull in bits of his country roots. The lighthearted song was expertly built by songwriters Shy Carter, James Abrahart, Josh Kerr and Urban in order to play nonstop in the head of anyone who hears it.
Grammy award-winning country artist Keith Urban continues on his Graffiti U tour with opener Kelsea Ballerini through early November, hopping over to Canada for several dates in September. In early 2019, Urban will return to his home country and tour Australia.
