It's been a week and a half since 58 people were killed and over 500 more injured when a gunman began firing down on the crowd at the Route 91 Harvest Festival. With many victims still hospitalized, organizations are doing their part to help make their recovery a little bit easier.

According to the Las Vegas Sun, three area hospitals say they are actively assisting victims with payment for their medical procedures. A spokeswoman for Dignity Health-St. Rose Dominican the said the hospital "does not intend to bill or require payment from any patient victims of this tragic event."
Many of the bills are being paid from donations by the public and other businesses and organizations. But hospitals aren't the only ones pitching in. American Medical Response and MedicWest Ambulance have also said that they will not bill victims or their families for rides taken from the Route 91 Harvest Festival grounds to hospitals.
Currently, there are over 40 victims still hospitalized and 26 of those patients are in critical condition. Jason Aldean, who was on stage when the shooting began, visited victims in Las Vegas earlier this week.
