Written by Paul Overstreet and Don Schlitz, "When You Say Nothing At All" was first released by the late Keith Whitley in 1988. Seven years later, a young Alison Krauss and Union Station once again took the song to the top of the charts with her sweeping rendition. Duski chose to stay closer to Krauss' version when she took the stage for this week's knockout rounds.

Known as one of country music's greatest love songs, "When You Say Nothing At All" is still played on country radio stations and CMT regularly.
While many on The Voice like to infuse a whole lot of runs and pitch changes into their covers, Duski kept it simple. In the end, that choice helped her knock teammate Andrea Thomas out of the competition.

When You Say Nothing At All Lyrics:
It's amazing how you can speak right to my heart.
Without saying a word you can light up the dark.
Try as I may I could never explain what I hear when you don't say a thing.
The smile on your face lets me know that you need me.
There's a truth in your eyes saying you'll never leave me.
A touch of your hand says you'll catch me if ever I fall.
Now you say it best when you say nothing at all.
All day long I can hear people talking out loud,
but when you hold me near you drown out the crowd.
Old Mr. Webster could never define
what's being said between your heart and mine.
The smile on your face lets me know that you need me.
There's a truth in your eyes saying you'll never leave me.
A touch of your hand says you'll catch me if ever I fall.
Now you say it best when you say nothing at all.
The smile on your face lets me know that you need me.
There's a truth in your eyes saying you'll never leave me.
A touch of your hand says you'll catch me if ever I fall.
Now you say it best when you say nothing at all.
