In his recent musical outputs, Thomas Rhett has gotten nostalgic and fallen in love and stayed there. Now, he's getting autobiographical on his new track "Life Changes." It's the title track from off of his forthcoming album and it's brimming with all of the positivity that this world needs right now.

The song comes complete with an earworm of an opening riff and an upbeat, persistent backbeat that grab you within its opening seconds. It's as romantic as fans may have come to expect from Thomas Rhett and his big-hearted songwriting chops, too. Albeit, it's not all just about the typical relationship. Rather, he's looking back on his own life.
The most adorable moment of the entire song is its bridge. On it, he gets candid about him and his wife Lauren's joy over simultaneously bringing their adopted daughter Willa Gray to the States and finding out Lauren was pregnant. It culminates into a moving end for a song that begins with a pretty normal run through Rhett's college years.

Overall, "Life Changes" is perhaps everything we could've hoped it would be and then some. Thomas Rhett has really hit it out of the park with reminding us to appreciate every moment for what it is. Everything in life is interconnected, and looking back on the road traveled so far can leave you awestruck, but smiling. "Life Changes" is that thought condensed into a sunny three minutes and ten seconds.
