"I recorded this three years ago, recorded it last year with Vince Gill, and always have fans asking when I'll put it out," Morris stated in a tweet. "I never knew when would be the right time, but I realized today that there's never a right time."
The song was posted to Youtube, along with a link asking visitors to donate to Music City Cares, a Nashville organization that was established in response to the Las Vegas massacre.
"Hate is everywhere and I'm sick of not doing enough," Morris stated. "In the darkest tunnel there is still love & music. That's what it's here for."

At least 58 people were killed in a death toll that is still rising, and over 500 were injured in the shooting where a guest of the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas opened fire on attendees of the nearby Route 91 Harvest Country Music Festival.
The day's performers and their crews survived the incident. Morris herself had been performing at the concert the night before the violence took place.
In the tweet about the song Morris also informed fans that she will donate all proceeds from song sales to the Music City Cares fund.
