In late 2017, Miranda Lambert teased her upcoming clothing, footwear and accessories line with Boot Barn on Instagram, followed by a series of trunk shows in Texas, Arizona and California. Soon, her fun, vintage and Western-inspired fashion line called Idyllwind will hit the shelves of Boot Barns across the U.S.

According to the Boot Barn website, the name Idyllwind came about by mixing together "idyll," meaning "music or poem that describes peaceful country life" and "wind," meaning "force or action that influences." When combined, the name conjures up a "soft, feminine, warm, confident, courageous" brand that perfectly sums up Lambert's style and way of life.

"I always loved the way clothes can express the women underneath — how it makes them feel and move," Lambert told Footwear News. "I wanted to create a brand of products that made women feel badass while doing ordinary or extraordinary things." Judging from the sassy country looks displayed on the Idyllwind's Instagram, those wearing the clothing should feel comfortable and stylish enough to take on the world.
